Raspberries, be sure you take the organic ones

Have you ever studied a raspberry close up?
A raspberry is made up of many tiny bead-like fruits called "drupelets" clustered around a core. Each drupelet contains one seed, and an average raspberry has 100 to 120 seeds. Organic Raspberries can be used in a variety of dishes and smoothies but the best taste experience is simply out of hand... with your eyes closed.

Did you know raspberries … 

  • should be kept in the refrigerator. They will usually last a few days in the refrigerator, and up to one year in the freezer
  • are high in fibre
  • rank in the top 10 antioxidant-high fruits and vegetables
  • are extremely versatile fruits and can be used in for example ice cream, salads, cakes, desserts and pancakes
  • are very popular in a great variety juices, smoothies, and punch
